Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Because our products are delivered digitally and become immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been downloaded or otherwise made available to you.

Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital product through the download method provided at checkout. Once access has been granted or a download has begun, the product is considered delivered.

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, receive a corrupted or incomplete file, or encounter another technical issue, please contact us at:

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly by providing replacement files or an alternative method of access when appropriate. Most support inquiries receive a response within two (2) business days.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. Verified duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund or store credit at the sole discretion of Liminal Luminary Consulting, LLC.

Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software and hardware required to access and use the file formats provided (such as PDF files). Refunds will not be issued due to software incompatibility or lack of the required applications.

License and Personal Use

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products are licensed to a single purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:
